Welcome to the 15th International Conference & Workshop “Medical Physics in the Baltic States 2021”

Dear Colleagues,

It’s our pleasure to invite You to the 15th International Conference “Medical Physics in Baltic States 2021” & Congress (EFOMP school), organized by Kaunas University of Technology /Lithuania, European Federation of Organisations For Medical Physics, Society of Medical Physicists /Lithuania and Malmö University Hospital, Lund University /Sweden.

International Conference & Congress will be held on 4-6 November, 2021 at Kaunas University of Technology, Santaka Valley, K. Baršausko str. 59–I and II halls, Kaunas..

Conference topics cover scientific and clinical aspects of medical physics. The mission of the Conference is to consolidate the efforts of engineers, physicians and scientists working in hospitals, clinics, research and education institutions and companies from different countries for solving health care problems related with radiation therapy, diagnostic, imaging, medical and technological information and radiation protection.

Conference proceedings will be issued in advance. From 2009 until now Conference proceedings are cited in Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics) data base, so we expect that this will be possible in this year too.

  • Deadline for abstract submission: 31st May, 5 p.m. (CET), 2021 8th June, 5 p.m. (CET), 2021new
  • Notification of acceptance and mode of abstract: 21st June, 2021
  • Last day for early registration at the reduced fee: 12th July, 5 p.m. (CET), 2021 7th September, 5 p.m. (CET), 2021new
  • Deadline for the submission of manuscripts: 23rd August, 5 p.m. (CET), 2021 10th September, 5 p.m. (CET), 2021new
  • Registration deadline: 1st October, 5 p.m. (CET), 2021, 1st November, 5 p.m. (CET), 2021new
  • Congress (EFOMP school): 4th November, 2021
  • Conference: 5-6 November, 2021
